Courtney Casp’s practice includes biotechnology and pharmaceutical related patent litigation and prosecution.
While in law school, Dr. Casp was a member of the Florida Law Review, and was a teaching assistant for legal research and writing and appellate advocacy. Dr. Casp also interned at the University of Florida’s Office of Technology Licensing, and was a summer associate at Finnegan.
Prior to law school Dr. Casp researched the genetics of autoimmunity, focusing on familial transmission of genes involved in both the immune system and the melanin biosynthetic pathway of vitiligo patients.
