Brian G. Brunsvold
Senior Counsel
Brian Brunsvold has over 35 years of licensing experience. He has also served as lead counsel in patent infringement cases before federal district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission and has substantial experience litigating and counseling clients in the antitrust and patent misuse fields. His work is primarily in the chemical field, although his practice also encompasses the electrical, mechanical, and pharmaceutical areas.
On several occasions, Mr. Brunsvold has served as an expert witness on licensing and reasonable royalty issues. He has also served as an arbitrator and a mediator. He has written and lectured on a variety of topics, including licensing, Section 337 actions before the ITC, and antitrust and patent misuse issues.
