The most sweeping changes to the U.S. patent system in over 50 years just became law this month. These changes will affect how Israeli companies obtain patents and how Israeli companies can block their competition. For example, the new system will allow you to stop your competitors in the Patent Office using relatively low cost procedures. But if you don’t keep a watchful eye on your competitors’ patenting activities, you may lose this valuable opportunity. The new first-inventor-to-file system will place extra importance on filing quick provisional patent applications. But provisional applications can cause great damage if not properly executed. In this seminar open to company executives, we will give you the knowledge you need to make important executive-level decisions in this changing environment.
17:00 - 19:30: Light dinner reception at 17:00; seminar begins promptly at 18:00
