3rd Annual U.S. Patent Litigation Training Program for Asian Corporations

Finnegan's DC office will host this third annual five-day training program on U.S. Patent Litigation for Asian Corporations.  The program includes presentations on prelitigation strategies, discovery, privilege issues, communicating with outside counsel, settlement negotiations, jury trial preparation, and the coordination of global litigation.  Attendees will visit the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. International Trade Commission.  For more information, or to register, please see www.finnegan-asia.com.
