Finnegan partners Greg Gramenopoulous, Tim May, and Daryl Penny will provide an overview of 2015 patent law in the United States at the Association of Patent & Trademark Attorneys in Italian Industry January member meeting. They will consider Supreme Court and Federal Circuit decisions impacting patent prosecution and enforcement in the U.S.; the USPTO’s examination guidelines and pilot programs; filing trends in the U.S.; and offer best practices and strategies in view of these trends, including comparing and contrasting with European law and practice.
